I understand that a previous resident may have been using a Wi-Fi/routing feature that was enabled on the modem and is no longer supported by Frog. If I choose not to purchase a Frog router, I am responsible for providing my own router/Wi-Fi equipment in order to connect my devices to the internet.

Alarm Monitoring

We understand that the safety of your family and new home are your top priority. Our monitoring service not only provides 24/7 peace of mind, it also includes a mobile app allowing you check on and control your home from anywhere in the world.

Alarm Monitoring: Would you prefer to pay monthly or annually? (Get one month FREE with annual invoicing).

Home owners must obtain and annually renew an alarm permit with the City of Fort Worth in order for emergency responders to respond to alarm events. This company is licensed and regulated by the Texas Department of Public Safety Regulatory Services Division. By signing this Service Order, Customer acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to review, and hereby agrees to, the following documents that apply to this Service Order and the Services provided by Frog, which may be accessed by Customer at any time at www.frognow.com: (1) Terms and Conditions of Services (Residential Internet Subscriber); (2) Acceptable Use Policy (Residential Internet Subscriber); and (3) Privacy Policy. This Service Order may be signed in counterparts. Facsimiles, electronic copies, or exact copies of original signatures shall have the same force and effect as originals.
