Alarm Monitoring

We understand that the safety of your family and new home are your top priority. Our monitoring service not only provides 24/7 peace of mind, it also includes a mobile app allowing you check on and control your home from anywhere in the world.

Owners must obtain and annually renew an alarm permit with the City of Fort Worth in order for emergency responders to respond to alarm events. By signing this Service Order, Customer acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to review, and hereby agrees to, the following documents that apply to this Service Order and the Services provided by Frog, which may be accessed by Customer at any time at www.frognow.com: (1) Terms and Conditions of Services (Commercial Internet Subscriber); (2) Acceptable Use Policy (Commercial Internet Subscriber); and (3) Privacy Policy. This Service Order may be signed in counterparts. Facsimiles, electronic copies, or exact copies of original signatures shall have the same force and effect as originals.

This Service Order (Commercial Internet Subscriber), including the attached hereto, if any (“Service Order”), is entered into by the above customer (“Customer”) and Quail Valley Telecom, LLC, d/b/a Frog (“Frog”), and only becomes effective as of the Effective Date once approved by Frog.
