Low interest rates are good, but the real reason that I can never move is that I love having frog internet where I live. I used to live in an area where we could only have ATT and I lost hours of my life that I will never get back trapped on hold for their customer service; it was awful. I rarely have any issues with Frog, but if I do they are incredibly prompt. In addition to that, they will come out to your house and troubleshoot modem or wifi issues and helped me get the fastest setup possible for my work which requires videostreaming daily (I do telemedicine). I do Zoom conferences constantly and my internet is always more stable than my colleagues in Washington DC, New York, LA and Chicago which is hilarious because I am technically in a rural area! I cannot speak highly enough about what a value add Frog is for me and my family.
