I understand that I am supplying my own router and it may not be able to handle frog's internet speed. I understand that frog is not responsible for the impact this has on my speedtests and bandwidth available on my network.

You are going to love your eero wifi from frog! Once you have received and paid your invoice for your eero device(s) you can bring your receipt to the leasing office to pickup you equipment. We can configure everything for you remotely!

Prices do not include applicable taxes and fees, which are payable by Customer, in addition to the fees listed above. One-Time Fees will be invoiced and due after the execution of this Service Order. You will receive a welcome email when you account has been setup with instructions to login to your frog client zone and setup automatic payments.

By signing this Service Order, Customer acknowledges that it has had the opportunity to review, and hereby agrees to, the following documents that apply to this Service Order and the Services provided by Frog, which may be accessed by Customer at any time at www.frognow.com/agreements : (1) Terms and Conditions of Services (Residential Internet Subscriber); (2) Acceptable Use Policy (Residential Internet Subscriber); and (3) Privacy Policy. This Service Order may be signed in counterparts. Facsimiles, electronic copies, or exact copies of original signatures shall have the same force and effect as originals.
